We are now hiring Field System Engineers!  This is a home based position with extensive travel throughout North America and occasional travel to Europe and the Caribbean.​ Quiet, professional home-office is required.​

Our engineers provide on-site and remote services for the Solarwinds Orion Product suite.​ Our services include installation, configuration, optimization and support.​

Industries: Computer/​IT Services

• 3 years hands on network and server administration for medium to large business.​
• Solid understanding of TCP/​IP networking, including routing, switching and firewalls.​
• Familiar with Cisco IOS, CCNA is a plus.​
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server 2003 & 2008, MCSA is a plus.​
• Understanding of SNMP, SNMP Traps and Syslog
• Knowledge of SQL administration and transact-SQL queries is a plus.​
• Previous trainer experience is a plus.​
• Ability to travel 75%​ (15 days per month target)
• Ability to be on-call nights and weekends for remote support.​
• Must have access to a major airport and reliable high-speed Internet connection.​

Loop1 Systems, based in SW Austin, is seeking inside sales representatives.  Loop1 Systems specializes in providing training and support for Solarwinds software.  An ISR at Loop1 sells the most precious commodity known to man – Time.  As an ISR on our team you will be responsible for working HOT leads direct from potential and existing clients seeking quotes and information on the services we provide.

Whether you are a seasoned veteran with a proven track record or a fresh face with the ambition to earn, we want to hear from you.

As a Loop1 ISR you will be expected to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Effectively and reliably forecast and close deals while meeting established quotas.
• Precise pipeline management using Connectwise CRM including a demonstrated ability to take a deal from intial call to purchase order.
• Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communications and selling skills.
• Exceptional organizational, planning and multitasking skills.
• Work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• 2 or 4 year degree, Bachelors preferred
• 3 plus years of previous technical sales experience
• References supporting previous sales quota achievements
